For 1st time loosing money didnot feel that bad at all...
so much were we confident about another hung assembly that investing in options seemed a sureshot source of income. Well that investment is history and so is unwarranted support of left.
Its always tough to predict election results in India. Nearly half of the eligible voters turned out and exercised their power wisely without a doubt.

It was heart warming to see scumbags like paswan voted out of power. Lalu survived by contesting from 2 places(a ridiculous rule one must admit).Ex-naxalite soren can head back to woods. kingmaker wannabe Karat can now see montek going ahead with disinvestment and silently acknowledge boons of nuclear power. sensex is most likely to celebrate ousting of left. jayalalitha and mayawati can forget about their PM dreams for the time being and worry about dominance in their states from now on. Incumbency is not a problem if good governance is taken care of as shown by Modi in Gujrat, Nitish in Bihar and congress in delhi

Losing team BJP: Victory was always gonna be tough wen u have a leader who is a hardliner and doesnt has a huge fanfare. BJP need another Atal and its not clear where teh next leader is gonna come from. Pramod mahajan's death has left BJP limping. with virtually no presence in 3 of the 4 states in south BJP was banking on a miracle more than anything else.
Gujrat as expected turned out to be thr stronghold along with MP and chattisgarh. But victory is impossible if maharashtra, UP, TN and AP are not yours. Young promising leaders of BJP durin atal's era-- arun jaitley and sushma swaraj are just fading away. illogical leaders like manohar joshi are in contention to become leader of opposition
BJP has sunk further into abyss by losing their bastions Punjab and Rajasthan. With virtually no allies and no potential leaders BJP has got its job cut out

Winning team Congress: the PM in making rahul already has a huge fanfare and he deserves it. His bold stand on fitin alone in Bihar and UP paid off and has forced mulayam and maya to run for shelter with tails tucked in legs. Next step would be for Rahul to ease into the job by becoming a minister this year. Let Congress not repeat teh mistake they did with Rajiv. Icing on the cake wud be if priyanka joins the wagon too. Manmohan is gonna have plenty of room to flex his muscles without left breathing down his neck. with manmohan as PM, montek as FM, Pranav, praful and rahul in minsitry suddenly Congress is luking as if they belong thr.
they just need to remember Indian voter is gonna support good work so better deliver.

We have Mr azhar who despite selling out emotions of billion pple in match fixin gets a congress ticket and we pple of india vote to put him in lok sabha. thr is a special place for famous tainted pple in our lok sabha. Sunjay Dutt must be feelin really left out. if he had been allowed to contest then a claim to elections from abu salem wud have been on cards :)
Congress won the race this time with maximum contestants with criminal records

stale smell all around......crumbling infrastructure......irrational real estate prices.....nothing seems good about this city....
the endless comparisions between delhi and mumbai will never end.....
best part of 1st yr in mumbai was spent cribbin bout the city.....nvr endin traffic jams.....peculiar way of mumbaikars to call others with a cheap kiss-like act.....mumbai way of talkin.....everything...
but mumbai grows on u with time....though all wrong things bout mumbai will stay...but still mumbai makes u wanna stay back
